How do I book the mobile bar trailer for my event?
Booking is easy. Just click the 'Book Now' button on our website, fill out the necessary details about your event, choose your preferred services, and submit your booking. We'll confirm your reservation and provide all the information you need for a smooth experience.
What types of events do you cater to?
We cater to a wide range of events, including but not limited to weddings, birthdays, work celebrations, community events, and more. If you have a gathering, we have the party to match.
Can I customize the services included with the mobile bar trailer?
Absolutely. We understand that every event is unique. You can select from our range of services and amenities to create a package that fits your event's specific needs.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve Melbournes Western Suburbs, but if you're outside this area, reach out to us, and we'll see how we can assist you.
What are the upgrade options available?
Initially our upgrade includes the outdoor games like Jenga, Kubb, Finska etc.
We have more upgrades coming soon!
When you book, you can select any upgrades you'd like to add.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change but sometiems this comes at teh cost of a rebooking.
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and accommodating.
Anything within the 48 Hour booking window will still be charged.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss canceling or rescheduling your booking.
Do you provide staff with the mobile bar trailer?
Our standard service includes the mobile bar trailer equipped with all the necessary amenities.
Hello Ernie is designed as a Pick up and hire service, Unfortunately we dont offer staffing support.
